There's not enough staff who can help you and you need to wait in a queue or for a response via email. The campus is nice but they are wasting huge amounts of student money and instead of investing it back into the support such as mental health support they knocked down the old library and are making a lot of noise to create a 'green space' and instead created a new library with nowhere near enough study space, furthermore, the library is always too hot and stuffy, it is relatively loud in there and the floors shake as people walk across them.
