As busy women, it's easy to devote the majority of our energy to other people's needs; our kid's needs, our spouse's needs, the needs of our business, etc., while leaving little or no time to care for ourselves.
That is a stressful way of living--which leads to burning out if we don't take the opportunity to focus on ourselves and rejuvenate our body, mind, and spirit.
That's why every year I invite a group of women to join me for our annual Women's Retreat--a beautiful weekend of sisterhood filled with new friendships, laughter, connection, emotional healing, great food, and sacred time to pause and listen to who we really are and what is seeking to emerge in us.
Over three days, you will be uplifted with inspirational music from Rickie Byars Beckwith, and given strategies for how to harness the Feminine Side of Success; principles that will empower you to move through life with more ease, grace, balance, fulfillment, and fun.
These spiritual principles are rarely talked about anywhere else. They will help you gain control over your thoughts and feelings; they will help you find balance, and release you from the load of stress caused by the pressures and pulls of your daily life.

The first weekend in May, we set aside time for a total departure from our everyday lives. The Women's Retreat is a weekend filled with fun, body movement, singing, new friendships, and sharing stories. Each woman's wisdom contributes to the renewal and transformation of the participants.The Retreat enhances our friendship. We use our expanded self-knowledge to more deeply understand and appreciate each other. It is a gift we give to each other all year long.
