How to find your center

Access your center where perfect guidance can be found and received

This morning in my meditation, I began to think about the word center. The word center is both a noun and a verb. There is a center within each one of us that is a place of perfect peace. Jesus called it the kingdom but a center within which we have access to infinite knowledge and wisdom. There is a center within us where perfect guidance for our day can be found and received. There is a center within us of the experience of the companionship and the love and the healing and the forgiveness that is God’s presence in our lives. To live from that center would bring a centering practice. So our centering practice is to stay awake to what’s really true and to practice seeing God in hiding in every person and situation. To use every single moment as an opportunity to see that this moment is the curriculum of the teaching for my soul to remember who I am and presence that in my daily life. So today may each one of us find a deeper connection to the center within which is God’s presence. By the way we live our lives this day, may it be a centering practice in everything we do.
