Lord, let me sow love

Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love. So today, part of our practice is to notice any place where there is a contraction in the experience of love. Some of that contraction may be experienced as we’re driving on the freeways. Some of that contraction may be experienced as we walk the streets of our own mind. Our practice this day is to pray - Lord, where there is hatred, let me sow love. God, whose name is Love, move in my mind, move in my heart, move in my words, and move in my actions.  Lord make me an instrument of your peace, where there is hatred, let me sow love.
