Let us stay awake to who we really are and the power inside

When we're driving, of course we realize how important it is that we stay awake. If we don't stay awake we are likely to have a major crash or at least drift in our driving.  If we don't have a crash we will hit often those white bumps on the side of the road that gain our attention.

Well in life it's just as important that we stay awake! It is just as crucial that we bring into our daily practice reminders and experiences that help us stay awake to who we are and the power that is moving through us with every thought we think.

The Buddha once explained his influence by simply saying ‘I am awake.’

So my friends let us practice this week. Let's take a seven day challenge and see how much, how often, how deeply, how profoundly we can each stay awake. Let us stay awake to who we are and the power inside each of us that we can harness for our highest good.

Many Blessings,
Mary
