Take a deep breath of life right now and enter into the fullness of being

Starting right now, we are in the miracle of this moment. Let's take a deep breath together. Right where you are, whatever you are doing take a deep breath of life and know that in this moment is a whole lifetime in miniature. And when you and I learn to make each minute count--not by how much we get done but by how much life we live. In the end it isn't days, it isn't weeks; it isn't months that we remember. It’s moments.

So we take a deep breath of life right now and enter into the fullness of being. In the midst of all the to-do lists is the most important; to be. We still have time left in this moment opportunity to enter into, feel, experience the miracle of life. This is just one moment when we enter into the present moment. What if you and I had a day of them? Take a deep breath of life. Begin now.
