Join me in prayer

A friend of mine sings a song called “Someone Needs a Prayer Today.” As I was meditating this morning I thought what if today every one of us just considered this our mission?

Who are the people in your life who need some prayer today? What if we become part of their team of support by lifting them up and supporting them by seeing them in their wholeness?
 
Right now think of the person in your life who needs some prayer. It might be a child, it might be a senior person, or it might be somebody at your work. I don’t know who you know. Holy Spirit will prompt you with an idea of who needs your loving prayer. Let’s become part of the prayer team right now for that person. Lift them up. Hold them up. Help set them free.
 
We know that whatever we’re doing for each other, we’re actually doing for ourselves. So today it will be a miracle every time you stop and pray for someone you know who needs prayer.
